- Siapkan Taburan.
- Dibutuhkan Gula dingin.

Cara Pembuatan Poffertjes
- Campur tepung terigu, maizena, gula, garam dan ragi. Aduk rata.

- Diamkan 30 menit.
- Tuang dalam cetakan yg sdh dipanaskan dan dioles mentega.

- Begitu sudah berkulit, segera balik adonan dg bantuan tusuk sate..
- Setelah kecoklatan angkat dan sajikan dg ditaburi gula dingin.
